SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WITH EXPERIENCE IN CREDIT CARD DEBT SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATION, MORTGAGE PROCESSING and LOAN MODIFICATION.

We are a Diversified Multi Service Financial firm in Jackson Heights, Queens, NYC, in need of an experienced multi talented individual with experience in Credit Card Debt Collection or Negotiation, Loan Modification Processing and Mortgage Loan Processing.

The person has to have great computer and internet technology experience with familiarity with latest softwares. Must know Microsoft Office Excell and Word.

The person should be very responsible, organize and be able work on their own and assume responsibility on their own without supervision. He or She should be able to think and act quickly and great speaking and negotiation power on the phone.

Here are some of the responsibilities that need to be performed on a daily basis:

1. Credit Card Debt Negotiation: -- Be on the phone with great communication skills, with the ablility to be persuasive and articulate with a friendly phone voice with credit card companies and proactively negotiate DEBT on behalf of clients for best debt settlement possible. You need to have great negotiating skills. Also, you should be able to sit down with clients and take the entire DEBT Settlement application from scratch. Then input all data into the CRM system and organize all your day work into Excell shift report.
*** Proactively monitor client accounts in search for opportunities to begin settling their debts
*** Reach out to creditors to begin negotiating for the best debt settlement possible
*** a back ground or experience in collection agency is a PLUS!!

2. Loan Modification Processing: -- be on the phone with banks and update client's Loan Modification Application status. You should be able to update all docs that banks need to complete Loan Modification Process. You should be very familiar with Financial Statements, Hard Ship letters and HAMP Loan Modification program. You should have good understanding of how Loan Modification process works. Knowledge of HAMP and alike programs is a must.

3. Mortgage Loan Processing : -- You should have previous experience with Mortgage Loan Processing using Calyx Point or Encompass. Experience with Encompass is preferrable. You should be able to take mortgage application into encompass and then process the entire loan by doing the verifications and due diligence and then submit the file to Underwriting. You should have good personality to communicate with underwriters and mortgage clients.

4. in addition, previous experience as Legal Assistant / Paralegal along with filling out of various immigration forms would be a great plus.
