ASST PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN BAGS

We are seeking a unique individual with experience, integrity and take charge personality, in the manufacturing process of cosmetic bags, backpacks, tote bags, etc.
We sell to the low priced discount trade, private label, fragrance and cosmetic industry. Must be aware of the fashion bag market trends, through magazines and shopping retail.

Will work directly with China factories to establish the most competitive pricing.

Heavy emailing to factories and speaking directly to factories to get your ideas across.

Must have extensive knowledge of bag construction, different material selections, etc. You should know how to develop product to fit a budget. Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication and project management skills. Need to have a handle on numerous projects running at the same time. Will work with a small staff to help assist in designing, organization of outstanding projects, timelines, new projects, preproduction samples, etc.
Will develop working relationships directly with sales staff and customers.

Must be a team player and be able to leave your "ego" at the door.

Knowledge of drawing and preparing bag specifications for factories. Excel, Adobe Photoshop Illustrator. Laid back atmosphere. All replies held in strict confidence. Health Ins.
