General contractor in the Bronx seeking Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to manage multifamily, residential renovation projects in upper Manhattan and the Bronx. Qualification requirements: computer proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to read plans specifications; cost estimating and project scheduling; negotiating pricing with subcontractors; preparing job bids; coordinating and managing all trades from project start-up to final punch list. Must be able to direct workers and subcontractors and manage multiple jobs at once. Experience with building exteriors and government funded housing projects a plus. Automobile and a Valid Driver's License required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
