Soho Grand Hotel seeks Food Beverage Coordinator candidates.
Responsibilities include:
Create Purchase Orders for requested items
Post and process vendor invoices for items received
Update monthly declining balances
Act as a liaison between vendors and hotel
Obtain bids from multiple vendors
Ensure that purchases stay within budget guidelines
Work with the accounting department to ensure proper payments are made to all vendors
Update Director of FB regarding budget/purchasing discrepancies. Assist in monthly PL analysis.
Reconcile vendors monthly statements
Assist in monthly inventory of all glass, china and silver
Maintain accurate transfer records of products between hotels and within departments for proper accounting
Must have experience in both Accounting and Restaurants.
