Global wealth research firm is seeking an Account Associate to build and maintain relationships with our existing and new clients within the financial services, nonprofit and luxury brand markets. Mission is to engage clients to renewal/upsell by having a deep understanding of their needs and communicating this across sales, product, research and marketing lines. Engagement will occur through but not limited to client onboarding, day to day service of research needs and timely assessments of needs product value via phone, email and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and provide services to clients prospects: articulate benefits and value with a keen understanding of our firm's position in client's industry
- Day to date maintenance of client inquiries reconnecting/trigger points
- Maintain client account information, KPIs and develop new triggers through trial
- Communicate client needs to sales, research, product and marketing: voice of the client in driving our product
Qualifications
- Highly proficient in English
- Communication skills ease of interaction with clients
- Sound understanding of business the markets we serve
- Initiative: moving client needs through all departments seeing to completion
- Analytical problem solving skills: ability to creatively respond to clients in urgent manner
- Proven sales business retainment skills
- Location: Manhattan
