Care Management Provider in midtown Manhattan has the immediate need for a Billing Coordinator to join their team. Candidates must be sharp, have corporate experience with billing and accounting, and very strong Excel skills. At least 4 years of professional experience is required. A Bachelors degree is a must!
Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator include:
- Responsible for updating and billing client premium statements
- Reconciling bank account using bank statement, credit card merchant account, and other merchant services (i.e. PayPal, Intuit)
- Reconciling any loan balances or lines of credit
- Tracking fixed assets and record monthly depreciation
- Recording monthly journal entries to allocate prepaid income and expenses
- Reviewing Financial Statements for any unusual balances, missing items, or mistakes
Required Skills:
- 4(+) years of experience billing/bookkeeping for mid-sized business
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills
- College degree
