architect / designer (bushwick)

Architect/designer needed for a part-time or full-time position in an architectural / interior design studio, working on high-end residential / commercial projects. The design studio is located in Bushwick Brooklyn.

Requirements:

- Proficient with ArchiCad "REQUIRED" !!!
- Architecture Degree or Interior Design degree from an accredited university
- At least min. of 2 years work experience in architecture / interior design
- 3D modeling capability a plus, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, etc.
- Passionate about design and detail
- Have a positive and proactive disposition ie. Problem-solver
- Can take direction, and can work well independently. Must be a highly motivated, prepared and organized individual.
- Knowledge of NYC Zoning Code and Building Code Regulations is a plus.
- Construction Documents experience is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to autonomously manage various projects effectively.
- Strong time management skills and ability to remain flexible while multitasking.
- Ability to work on short time frames and complete projects on tight schedules.
