We are currently seeking a receptionist with multi phone line experience. Previous experience working within finance or banking as a receptionist an extreme plus! We are looking for bright, polished, and professional candidates. This is a permanent opportunity compensating $35,000-40,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls to ensure a "pleasant experience"
Greet all incoming visitors
Handle daily lunch ordering for office
Maintain conference room schedules, booking as needed
Make sure kitchen is clean, stocked and organized throughout the day
Order Peapod
Emails - print and distribute certain publications and attachments as received
Sort and distribute mail
Order general office supplies as needed; keep office supply rooms neat and organized
Check specified copiers and printers daily and fill with paper as needed
Receiving UPS and FedEx deliveries daily
Performs miscellaneous office administrative duties as requested

Required Experience

Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience
A "can-do", helpful and supportive attitude to all team members

High attention to detail
Excellent organization, time management and follow-through skills required
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to be proactive about all activities that are required to fully complete a given task
Able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
Must know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook
