The company provide clients with capital markets and financial advisory services, institutional brokerage, securities research and asset management. The Associate for the Private Equity Placements group focused on traditional private growth financings, wall-cross follow on offerings, and public company PIPE financings.

Responsibilities:
* Manage deal execution for traditional private placements, wall-cross offerings and unregistered PIPE transactions
* Preparation of marketing materials, investor targeting, deal structuring of Convertible transactions, returns analysis, modeling, institutional investor relationship management, evaluating and negotiating private equity investment terms
* Screening of potential issuers and opportunities
* Assist industry bankers in due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, investor marketing and pricing/terms negotiation
