Self motivated Controller sought for a Westchester based growing Affordable Housing developer and property manager. Qualifications include at least 4 years progressive experience in accounting, a degree in accounting, CPA preferred. Experience with HUD and Tax Credit regulations and REAC filing a plus. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to regulators, banks and investors, maintaining and managing internal accounting and financial controls, monitoring outside property managers and monitoring compliance with regulations.
