When we started a website to help potential students find the right college/university for them, we didn't realize how helpful a free service like this would be. A few years later we are matching over 5,000 potential students with the right college/university for them.

What do we want in an Enrollment Advisor?
Well, have you ever heard the story of the Zappos.com representative giving directions to someone who called up lost? Or, have you ever spoken to a Geico agent that ends every call asking if there is anything else they can do to get for you to rate the call a 10 out of 10?

So, you want to join us?

Responsibilities include:
Conducting telephone interviews with prospective students
Providing information regarding University Programs and Services
Listening, recognizing and considering the needs of prospective students in order to provide them with educational solutions for their career needs

We are looking for candidates with:

A big heart+++
Hard-work ethic, self-discipline, and "whatever it takes" attitude
Outstanding telephone, interviewing and interpersonal skills
The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
The ability to work both independently and within a team
A fantastic record of personal drive and determination to succeed

Previous work experience should include:
Minimum of 1-2 years of successful customer service experience
Experience in a goal-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree preferred/Work Experience Equivalent
