Work from home! Full time - Monday - Friday 10-6pm + weekends if you are available

We are an online retail store, specialized in selling fashion products

We are looking for Russian Speaking customer services/sales associate.

You will be talking to customers and handling issues, checking on orders statuses, placing new orders,

In addition to phone you will be answering emails and chatting to customers online.

We will give you a PC and Phone to use and you will work from home.

MUST be excellent with computers.

Prior customer service/sales experience is a MUST

This is a high pace environment. You MUST be an excellent multitasker and work well under pressure. Know how to talk on the phone and at the same time answer emails and/or chat to customers.
