We are a dynamic, rapidly growing VC backed healthcare IT and ecommerce startup that has been in business over a year and looking for a motivated, energetic, talented individual to occupy our Internship Position. We are seeking out an individual who has a passion for learning and must be serious about working hard to create something substantial. Our Ideal candidate would be a recent college grad looking to start their career and learn about all aspects of a running business. Daily Tasks would include, but are not limited to:

-Customer Service - inbound outbound communication between customers through phone, email and live chat platforms
-Operations - day to day order processing, optimization of procedures
-Customer surveys - creation, implementation and monitoring of customer survey initiatives
-Shipping initiatives - interaction between distribution centers, assisting shipping manager, etc.
-Product Database management - content for product descriptions, SEO, etc.
