FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER/Office Manager (Midtown)

Midtown showroom is looking to hire a full charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager, must have at least 2 years experience with QuickBooks.
If you do not know how to utilized QuickBooks, please do not apply.

Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
AR/AP, payroll, reconciliation, making ACH wires, cutting checks
General Administrative work - filing, scanning, reception
Light logistics work - Fedex, UPS, tracking ocean and air shipments
TRAINING FOR ALL DUTIES WILL BE PROVIDED

The best candidate will have a good attitude and be a quick thinker/learner. Must take initiative and have good communication skills. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, there is a lot of verbal interaction.
Chinese/Mandarin a plus!
This job is starting at 35k, will negotiate for the right person. Must be available Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
