Assistant for startup business (Chelsea)

Startup financial services firm seeks capable assistant to do a bit of everything:

1. Bookkeeping on QuickBooks
2. Correspondence management
3. Telephones/appointments
4. Record keeping
5. Organization and planning
6. Relations with service providers
7. Travel arrangements
8. Personal business of CEO if needed
9. Any other things that come up in the course of building a startup

Right now, we have no office, so the work will be from home or coffee shops. We plan to have an office in Chelsea soon.

You should be a college graduate, bright and energetic and extremely well organized.
