Social Media Producer- WWE (Stamford, CT)

The Social Media Producer will be responsible for engaging social media interactivity (voting, polling, text/tweet/pics to screen) integrated into our TV broadcasts and live events-- seeing the process through from conception and creative development to on-site implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for activities such as fan-submitted content moderation, content development, artwork, and results measurement.

The Social Media Producer will work directly with many areas of the company -- namely Television Production, Creative, WWE.com, and Live Events - and under their guidance create and implement compelling fan interactions designed to enhance the fan experience and further the mission and goals of WWE. The successful candidate will be on-site at all WWE events to execute our social media interactions.

**Please note: These positions do require extensive travel. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively Friday through Tuesday including Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Works with creative, live events, WWE.com editorial and broadcast teams to develop compelling fan interactive elements for live event.
• Performs on-site content moderation duties for all fan-submitted content, ensuring that only content meeting WWE standards is shown in arena or on air.
• Creates and successfully communicates comprehensive schedules surrounding all social media interactions, ensuring appropriate resources are available on site when required.
• Coordinates the creation of all required graphic assets and ensures their timely approval and implementation.
• Closely monitor performance metrics around all social media integrations. Provides thoughtful analysis and recommendations for optimization based upon metrics and fan feedback.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in live production or live television.
• Background in digital or social media space with social media platforms including technology and software.
• Must be organized and detail oriented; strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Must have experience and a deep understanding of "live" truck operations.
