We currently operate a national marketing program for a high end automotive company that uses drivers as brand ambassadors to gain exposure to their vehicles. As Program Manager/Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily program operations in the northeast. It will be very important for you to lead by example and to fully understand the operations of this program. Because of this, you will split your time between being a brand ambassador in NY and managing the operations in New York, Boston and Washington DC. You will be required to travel on a regular basis, if not weekly to Washington DC and Boston. You will be set up with equipment to operate remotely while traveling or from home to be able to maintain the success of the program.

Your responsibilities include:

Driving for the program and offering excellent customer service
Interview, train and certify chauffeurs for employment
Manage chauffeurs and scheduling
Interface with clients to confirm timely and professional services are provided
On-site management of chauffeurs
Communicate with the Regional Manager on an ongoing basis

Qualified candidates:

Strong leadership, managerial and motivational skills
Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and employees
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
7 years professional experience and enjoy working in a people business
Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Honest and reliable
Comfortable with traveling
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and driven to succeed

Compensation includes salary $45,000 to $50,000 per year, medical / dental insurance and 401K.
