We are a dynamic and environmentally committed New York-based company specializing in high end custom lighting and antique restoration for the architecture and interior design community. We seek a creative and organized individual to help run our sales team. We are interested in speaking to people with a range of experience, though a minimum of 3 years in management/team leadership is necessary.
Responsibilities may include recruitment, supervision, and ongoing training of the sales team to reach goals; development and implementation of outreach efforts; analysis of results to inform marketing and product development efforts; and ongoing work with the systems department to develop the tools for success. The position is based in our facilities in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with occasional travel to our showrooms in Chicago, Los Angeles and London.
