COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are a leading environmental service provider headquartered in New York City. We have offices in NY, NJ, PA, MD and VA. The firm is privately owned and operated and the entire management team is very energetic. The consolidated firm has been experiencing strong growth every year for the past ten years. Our clients range from renters or home owners to businesses like residential/commercial property owners and managers, food facilities and restaurants, retail chains, health facilities, schools, hotels and insurance companies.

Our head offices are located in downtown Manhattan and you will be reporting to either location daily so please make sure you live no further than a 45 minute train ride away. There is no experience necessary for this position, but a professional background in construction or maintenance is preferred. Also, we will provide 100% training for both the program and the operation of all company machinery and equipment. You will be trained in all company techniques, but will concentrate on a particular specialty, and will work along a core of other knowledgeable applicators.

Full Time positions include health benefits, paid vacation days, personal days, sick days, workers compensation, transit check, flexible spending plan and a commission-based bonus. Seldom will overtime be required or needed with steady hours and route. Unlike other firms that have high turnovers, we provide a specialized service and only hire and train those that share the same work ethic. Salary starts at ($15/hr) + Health Benefits + Paid Vacation/Sick/Personal Days

EVENING SHIFT
MONDAY-FRIDAY, 5 DAYS PER WEEK: 5:30pm to 2:00am

Responsibilities
- Servicing the 5 boroughs of New York City.
- Treating residential and commercial properties for pest problems.
- Familiarity with 5 boroughs required.
- Neat, tidy appearance and friendly demeanor required.
- Company service vehicle (GPS included) must be responsibly maintained daily.

Requirements
- Need to possess a valid and clean driver's license (NO POINT DEDUCTIONS).
- Need to take background check.
- Must speak English fluently (Must know how to read and write to pass NY State Exam).
- Be age 25 and over (for vehicle insurance reasons).
- A team player.
- Some custodian, maintenance or construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Serious about a full-time position (NO part-time applicants please).
- Friendly, polite, honest and well spoken.
