Receptionist/Admin.Assistant

- Assist the management team in multiple areas of responsibility including but not limited to primary Administrative support to the President, General administrative support, Reporting Scheduling.
- Flawless management of President's scheduling, incoming calls, communications to team and overall general assistant. This includes answering President's direct line, making appointments, opening and closing down President's office, managing incoming mail, placing orders, etc. This takes priority over all other tasks.

- Assist Admin team with any necessary scheduling, calls, company event planning, filing, miscellaneous tasks, etc. as needed.
- Assist Office Manager with Client meeting set up, room configuration, serving settings, cups, food and beverage ordering, etc. as needed.
- Prepare for President's meeting (i.e. obtaining status, updating presentation, preparing agenda, compiling meeting notes, research, etc.)
- Front Desk support as regularly scheduled to relieve for breaks, lunches, cover for illnesses, overflow at all times, etc.
- Meeting room preparation and assistance in scheduling.

  • Compensation: $25 per hr
