Position Description
As a web design intern, your work will help fulfill Grovo's goal of educating the Internet.

With your help and knowledge of web design, you are an integral part of the product and art direction team at Grovo. Your job will consist of:
Understanding our product vision and style
Laying out page designs
Designing highly visible and vibrant iconography
Filling in wherever needed to get awesome product out in a timely fashion

This position reports to our Art Director.

Personal Requirements
Photoshop guru
Able to create and manipulate vector-based images
Respects and admires beautiful UI/UX, up to date on trends in web and graphic design
Digs our mission and vision, is resourceful and driven
Accepts criticism and adapts, thrives in a fast paced environment
Confident and fun, asks questions
Never satisfied (bad kerning keeps you up at night)
You want to do something the world has never seen before

Professional Requirements
Graduated with a degree in the field of graphic design
Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred
Has prior web/product design experience
Knowledge of HTML + CSS is a plus, but is not a requirement

Located in New York
Works well under pressure
Enjoys fine spirits and loves music
