We currently have an immediate need for a:
Talent Acquisition Supervisor -- New York, NY

As GramercyOne's Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day process of finding, acquiring, assessing and hiring skilled talent to meet our organizational needs and fill project requirements.

We are looking for an experienced, talent acquisition leader that understands the strategic functions in an organization as well as talent forecasting and pipelining. This role requires a strong understanding of sourcing tactics and candidate assessment as well as the desire and ability to become an ambassador of our branding practices, hiring initiatives, methodologies and corporate culture.

Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise discretion and work independently, are crucial. As this position involves a significant amount of phone work exceptional communication and strong client relationship building and networking abilities are required.

In this role, you will:
Aggressively seek and retain top talent via innovative, leading edge, resourceful recruitment activities.
Utilize the latest and greatest social media and social networking recruitment strategies designed to attract passive, active and non-traditional candidates.
Tap into your current and fantastically relevant network of resources to ensure recruitment best practice and up to date ideas and methods.
Build applicant sources by researching and managing relationships within community, colleges, agencies, and online sites.
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives, including workforce plans and budgets. Meet with hiring managers to discuss needs and ensure a strong understanding of key initiatives, deliverables, and strategic direction of the team, and overall organization. Utilize your business acumen knowledge to sell pitch candidates as well as close offers.
Conduct thorough intake sessions with hiring managers while setting clear expectations that in turn will allow for a successful recruitment process. Complete job descriptions and market positions appropriately coast to coast.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; manage end-to-end recruitment process. Negotiating and managing overall offer process.
Coach hiring teams to ensure their new hire compensation aligns with the broader corporate compensation structure.
Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring compensation practices and trends, emphasizing benefits and perks, and promoting corporate culture.
Implement staffing strategies to provide a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates and new hires.
Act as a candidate advocate and manage hiring process through to on-boarding.

Qualifications:
5+ years proven experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition manager in a technology/digital environment;
Expert level experience in social media/networking tools and how they are used in recruitment;
Ability to aggressively seek and find passive candidates and top talent at all levels; Sr. Management to Entry level;
Ability to recommend effective, low cost alternative recruiting tools and resources;
Demonstrated success in recruiting sales and/or technical talent;
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience preferred;
Direct experience with post-hire talent issues, such as employee retention and career progression;
Metrics-driven and results-focused.
