High-end, fashion forward women's ready to wear line, has openings for a production and a press/sales office assistant intern. We are looking long-term, part-time interns for 3 or more days a week. Monday to Friday between 9am and 6:30pm. The ideal candidates must be tenacious, with an eye for detail and also have some knowledge of common programs such as Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Must be organized with ability to prioritize. Italian language a must but not a requisite.
Responsibilities include but not limited too:
- Sourcing materials and trims
- Using Microsoft Excel for production spreadsheets and inventory
- Quality control inspections
- Communicating with factories
- Assisting shipping manager for timely deliveries
- Photographing new product, research for new collections,
- Assisting sales in sending out product to stores- overall
- Line lists, POS, invoice and price sheets.
