Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide full administrative support to management team including filing, correspondence, messaging and calendar maintenance.
2. Create and update time and action lists and track projects as required.
3. Answer telephones, take and deliver messages and assist others covering the reception area.
4. Create and modify documents as required.
5. Set up meetings, conferences and special events as required.
6. Maintain files and records and retrieve information as needed.
7. Support office manager in all routine matters including supplies inventory and orders, space allocation and set up for new employees.
8. Assist in any other general office and administrative duties as required.
Candidate Qualities:
1. Strong service disposition coupled with high standards for courtesy and integrity.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Strong administrative tendencies including the ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Well developed organizational skills and excellent ability to recall information on request.
5. Flexibility and attention to detail
6. Experience in the real estate / construction industry is a plus
Candidate Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project
For this position we prefer a person with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar course of study and 1-2 years working in a similar office capacity.
