World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., a leading global sports entertainment company seeks a Digital Producer to join our team in Stamford, CT. This position does require travel on a weekly basis, on Monday and Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees production of taped and live vignettes and promos for WWE televised shows
• Directs Digital talent and production staff for all taped and live vignettes and promos
• Liaison between Creative Writing team, Senior Management and Home Digital production team
• Oversees pre-production, production and post production for all digital field produced elements
• Coordinates all field shoot set up with production department

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience directing actors and field producing live and tape segments/vignettes
• Working knowledge of WWE strongly desired
• Strong directing experience in theater, live concert or reality-based programs
• Strong working knowledge of key elements of physical and post production
• Keen story sense with strong understanding of character development and story arcs
• Creative thinker with the ability to work with writers in executing fresh and relevant vignettes and promos
• Creative and innovative
• Ability to collaborate with and direct talent to maximize on-air performances
• Strong work ethic, including availability and desire for long hours and extensive travel
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience working collaboratively with writers and senior-level management in the execution of all field elements
• Strong communications skills
• Highly collaborative, team player
• Must be willing to travel extensively Friday through Tuesday including Holidays
