Energetic candidate must accumulate pricing information, analyze the data for relevancy and enter data in order to produce cost sheets, estimates and reports for product development department.
Duties and Accountabilities:
Associate will identify and monitor pricing and costing data of new product
Continually improve and/or automate current pricing and costing processes
Is able to effectively communicate and present prices and costs to Executive Management
Create and communicate reports for new product performance
Understand pricing models and principles used to arrive at pricing decisions
Understand general costing principles
Proficiently utilize Excel and other computer software
Prepare customer account reviews and participate in pricing presentations to management
Utilize and maintain reporting/data integrity for both internal and external reporting needs
Compile data, analyze and prepare reports in the following areas:
Productivity, sales/margin, new product performance
Customer or product line profitability
Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required for Position:
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required
Strong computer skills required
Associates degree or equivalent required
Generally prefer 3-6 years of related experience
