Job Description
Assist the Sales function by processing sales orders, expediting material and final product receipt and shipment, handle customer service, prepare reports, compile data pertinent to manufacture of products for customers. Additionally, manages a variety of general office activities.
Communicates with customers on orders, production progress, and cost.
Establishes priorities for specific customer orders.
Track sales orders from inception to release and activities of sales representatives; prepare invoices and reports accordingly.
Responsible for arranging and tracking domestic and international freight shipments.
Liaise between US location and factories in Europe and China.
Support sales team in customer service and provide feed back.
Manages general office activities to include, but not limited to, answering incoming calls, prepare packages for shipment, ordering supplies...

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write correspondence, to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be detailed oriented. Must be computer literate and able to use both word-processing and spreadsheet software. Excel software
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree from a two-year college or university; or 3-5 years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
