The J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. Program consists of 4 levels of sales portfolio and management training:
Level I
The J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. Mentor Program allows all candidates an opportunity to join the J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. team and work directly with our sales force in a live trading environment and experience the environment of portfolio management. Each candidate is assigned registered and seasoned mentor to guide the candidate throughout the Wall Street experience.
Level II
The J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. Series 7 Portfolio Management Program enrolls each candidate in our formal Series 7 Training Program taught on the premises. Candidates are professionally trained to meet the registrations requirements. The program offers assistance to succeed in learning the industry's rules and regulations as well as market strategies covering debt and equity markets, enabling candidates to successfully pass the S-7 exam for the completion of the registration phase of training.
Level III
Upon completion of Level II, The J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. Sales Portfolio Training Program consists of a three month curriculum designed to teach each candidate the fundamental and advanced skills of establishing a client base with assets to manage:
 Month I -- Lead Generation: Investment profile, qualifying potential investors based on suitability and liquidity standard.
MENTOR TRAINING
 Month II -- Account Opening: Making recommendation to prospective clients based on suitability standards.
MENTOR TRAINING
Month III -- Account Allocation: Techniques and Strategies: J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. advising on how to manage client assets.
MENTOR TRAINING
Level IV
The J.P. Turner Company, L.L.C. Portfolio Training Program: as registered account executives, all candidates are provided extensive and accurate third-party global research from our market strategists to facilitate trading on a real-time basis.
