We are an established Commercial Mortgage Banking Company and Loan Servicer specializing in multifamily and healthcare financing. We are seeking a highly motivated individual and team player who will work with and support our underwriting team, originators and servicing department.

Experience:
Previous experience in processing/analyzing commercial real estate loans.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Financial analysis fundamentals required; accounting and/or finance background a plus.
Excellent communication, written and organizational skills. Assist underwriters with loan summaries.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills. Work directly with borrowers to obtain, analyze and review borrower documents.
Review, understand and comment on third party reports, credit reports, financial statements, rent rolls, etc.
Attention to detail must.
HUD/FHA experience a plus.
