Director of Strategy and Innovation
We are a medical group providing primary care services for senior home bound citizens. We are also involved in innovative programs like health home and accountable care organization.
We are recruiting for Director of Startegy and Innovation
Job responsibility include:
Perform market and competitive research
Support senior management in creating and implementing company strategy, including developing new services/products and improving current ones
Support senior management in corporate development activities
Through understanding of the market, assist management and the technology team in product roadmap development
Improve customer service
Other support activities as may be needed by the company
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience is preferred in the fields of healthcare
Candidate should be self-motivated and committed to doing what is required to help build the business
Candidate should have strong market research and financial modeling capabilities
Master's degree
Ability to work well within a small team as well as independently
Excellent communication (written and verbal). Candidate should have strong analytical skills, and be able to quickly learn new concepts as well as presentation skills
