Fund Accountants/Administrators
$50,000 to $65,000 + bonus
Billion $, international investment bank with locations in Manhattan and Jersey City, seek candidates to handle the following responsibilities:
Calculate Net Asset Value on a daily, weekly or monthly basis of various mutual and/or hedge funds and send accounting reports to the funds trustees.
Account for all daily activities, including purchases, sales and income accruals while maintaining all required controls to ensure overall accuracy.
Review trade executions for all securities within each fund for pricing information, accuracy and completion.
Investigate and solve problems with the settlement of securities transactions executed by the funds' investment managers.
Qualified candidates must have:
At least 5 years of fund accounting experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subjects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
