A growing hedge fund has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support a brand new group working with a great team. The ideal candidate is polished, enthusiastic, poised and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Heavy travel and expense reporting
Calendar management, set up tele/video conferences and respond to requests by senior executives
Maintain files and organize common areas
Order office supplies, lunches and car/limousine services
Assist with special projects
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of support experience in a corporate environment level experience
A four year degree strongly preferred
Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle concurrent, multiple job tasks with exceptional follow-through
Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and internet research
