Established successful fashion retailer seeks a part-time (potentially paid) intern to work on Fashion Merchandising for its e-Commerce division at its Upper East Side offices.
Candidates must have either experience with, or a strong interest in the following areas:
-Women's Fashion. Specifically, affordable fashions in junior junior-plus sizes, along with footwear and related accessories
-Working with live models
-Basic DSLR photography, product photography, and/or photoshop
-Creative content writing fashion blogging
-Social Media Marketing
Requirements:
-A passion for this type of work
-The ability to work well in both a team setting and on individual assignments
-A profession and reliable work ethic
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Expected time frame to start work in this position is Fall 2012.
This position is for an on-site, part-time internship with potential for a long-term permanent position. Whether or not this is a paid-position will depend on prior experience and amount of hours worked.
