Live Connect is proudly looking for Call Center Representatives to join their growing team. Live Connect Representatives will take inbound/outbound calls, in a friendly, polite, energetic manner. Each call should be completed within the guidelines/goals established by management while consistently achieving call quality score goals.
No Cold Calling . . . No Selling
Training and Team Support will be provided.
Must have an outstanding personality!
Exhibits the ability to effectively communicate through active listening and rapport building
Must be able to work in a team environment and take direction from team leaders

• 1-2 years Call Center experience is preferred but not required
• Telephone Sales experience is a plus
Requirements:
• Ability to read scripts effectively
• Must be flexible and have the ability to learn new skills
• HS Diploma/GED
• Basic Computer Knowledge
