Job Summary:
Regal Wings is a Travel Agency selling Business First Class discounted airline tickets and Corporate Travel Management. We are seeking an individual well versed in general office operations, to work in our Brooklyn, NY office.
Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating day to day office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and cohesion between departments.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office services efficiency
Establish general office policies, standards procedures and assist in their implementation
Organize day to day office operations and procedures
Go to person for general staff issues escalate as needed
Review and approve supply requisitions/Maintain and replenish inventory
Liaison between all divisions within the office
Maintain office equipment
Follow up on agent's "unresolved quotes" after 2 days
General customer support escalation as needed
Conduct weekly staff meetings
Perform other related duties as required
