Swiss Post Solutions is hosting an open house at TOP OF THE ROCK OBSERVATION DECK AT ROCKEFELLER CENTER!

We are looking for talented and dynamic actors, models, students and hospitality professionals to work at New York City's hottest tourist attraction, TOP OF THE ROCK OBSERVATION DECK AT ROCKEFELLER CENTER!

Opportunities include Receptionist and Brand Ambassador

Receptionist Basic Responsibilities Include:

* Welcome guests at the office of New York's top sightseeing attraction
* Answer phones and direct calls
* Distribute equipment
* Perform basic administrative tasks

Necessary skills:
Previous reception preferred
* Enthusiastic, bubbly personality required
* Adaptability to unpredictable situations
* Basic computer/Microsoft Office skills

Open schedule all week, weekends, and holidays Shift Times are 7:30am -- 3:30pm and 3:00pm -- 12:00am

Ambassador Basic Responsibilities Include:
*Meet, greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
*Direct guests to the Observation Deck, other destinations within Rockefeller Center, or other NYC destinations as needed
*Coordinate special events and manage crowd control

Necessary Skills:
*Bright, articulate, engaging and enthusiastic personality required
*Prior doorperson / concierge experience is a plus
*Communicate with all guests, peers and management in a professional, courteous manner
*Be able to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
*Work cooperatively with other team members
*Must be willing to work as necessary in changing climate condition
*A significant portion of the work day requires walking and standing

Availability Required:
Open schedule all week, weekends, and holidays Shift Times are 7:30am -- 3:30pm and 3:00pm -- 12:00am

When, Where and What Time?

Friday, July 6th 2012
Come anytime between 10am -- 12pm
Group sessions will be held every hour starting at 10:30 am
