PPS seeks a Reporting Analyst Intern.
Reporting Analyst (Intern)
Position Duties
Extract, import, and manage financial and vendor data for multiple agencies using various client software systems
Generate monthly and quarterly expenditure reports for clients and partner consultants.
Validate vendors' certification status
Maintain advertiser and agency reporting requirements
Conduct system administration and validation to ensure information is current and properly maintained
Prepare client reporting for review and submission
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess the ability to interact professionally and to provide exceptional service, both internally and externally, at all times
Good interpersonal and customer service skills required
Bachelor's degree or significant experience in data analysis, financial management, investment banking, procurement or database administration required
MS Office experience including with advanced level experience in Excel
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work independently
Must be able to work effectively under pressure, balancing several tasks simultaneously amid numerous interruptions
