Seeking reliable clerical assistant for automotive parts distribution firm in Queens, NY to support company chairman.
Responsibilities
Work with automotive facilities in their service equipment purchases
Schedule on-site inspections to prepare for equipment installations
Follow up with leasing companies to ensure proper financing for our customers
Make travel arrangements for salesmen
Keep track of sales to assist in management of incentive program
Qualifications
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and Quickbooks
Familiarity with contracts and bid process
Ability to take dictation over the phone and convert to written documents
Familiarity with automotive equipment or the willingness and ability to learn
Attention to detail
Strong phone skills
Ability to work with deadlines
