The firm, a highly successful Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund in Midtown Manhattan with several billion dollars in assets-under-management is seeking a Senior Middle Office / Operations Analyst!
In this role, you will perform vital middle office functions and manage projects and initiatives including:
*Ensuring that trading systems are utilizing reconciled information and that operational procedures are set, as well as overseeing provider reconciliations, trade settlements and end-of-day processing.
*In addition to supporting trading desks, you will be responsible for pricing portfolio positions and coordinating various processes and guidelines with the Accounting, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Successful candidates will have 8-10 years of operations experience at an asset management firm or hedge fund
Cumulative GPA of 3.2+
Extensive experience with MS Office (including superior Excel skills)
Candidates should also demonstrate a working knowledge of database software platforms, familiarity with accounting concepts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
