Global Publisher located in midtown seeks a Tri-lingual Sales Support Coordinator for an immediate temp to perm position.
The E-Sales Support Coordinator works closely with the Latin America sales team and customers to prepare subscription agreements for new and renewal business for our electronic products accurately and in line with established targets. In doing so, the goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in managing internal and external relationships.
⢠Assist with processing sales in CRM.
⢠Assist with preparation of subscription agreements and manage customer signature process.
⢠Assist sales people with materials and collateral for their sales calls.
⢠Contracts Renewals
⢠Assist with contract execution and correspondence and agreements from the customer.
⢠Customer Interaction
⢠Communicate with customers regarding details of their license agreements
⢠Liaise with electronic helpdesk on any access and entitlements issues.
⢠Liaise with Contract Management, Invoicing Group, and E-Delivery on a regular basis to ensure smooth transition of all business
Qualifications
⢠1 year solid experience in customer service/account management role in a B2B environment.
⢠Experience in working with service agreements and/or sales contracts.
⢠Direct contact experience including client meetings, e-mail and telephone communications.
⢠Fluent in English and Spanish in both written and oral communications.
This position is "temp-to-permanent" supporting the Academic Government Latin America sales team. Fluent Spanish is mandatory as the customer base is Central America and Latin America. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.
