Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Help VP Oversee Creative Direction and Product Management for Licensed kid's bath concepts and packaging from concept to completion.
Main contact for all vendors regarding product.
Main contact for all licensors regarding creative and product.
Oversee new product development and develop gift set ideas.
Researches new products, product enhancements, and product redesign.
Evaluates the potential and practicality of products in development.
Possible overseas travel required once yearly to meet with vendors.
Experience with Licensed Products a big plus.
Involved in product sourcing with suppliers in the Orient General departmental management.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with Sales and Marketing Teams regarding Creative Sales/Marketing Projects and Sales presentations.
