20 - 30hrs a week
Pay commiserate with experience

Must love dogs and be motivated to work alone.
Must pass a full background check.
Must be willing to take a skills test.

If your resume is selected you will be meeting with a screener first who is close to the family and then you will meet with the family. Only the incredibly organized and highly motivated should apply.

Looking for an energetic, bright, independent worker to organize small family business. They collect art, breed dogs and sit on the boards of several companies. Staying on top of and ahead of the schedule is KEY. Skills essential include ability to perform a variety of tasks, skilled in the use of written communication, facile with computer software needed for business in a Mac environment (Word, Excel, iCal, email, texting etc) and an ability to organize a broad range of materials and activities.
Other criteria:
Organization of a variety of tasks, materials and business and family travel. Ability to plan ahead, keeping deadlines well in advance.
Ability to organize the personal and business lives of a vibrant family. Excellent communicator.
Willingness to do what is needed (from FedEx shipments of tax documents to running errands, to keeping details organized during hectic schedules).
Ability to work alone.
Self motivated.
Able to develop systems for communicating priorities, deadlines, and next steps. Able to self check details, and ensure dates, costs, calendar commitments are both accurate and manageable.
Able to navigate choices and find best solutions or outcomes.
