We are seeking a bilingual Office/Administrative Assistant. We provide services to Individuals with
developmental disabilities.
Assist with all administration needs(answering phones, fax, photocopy).
Excellent organizational skills. Filling and maintenance.
Setting up interviews. Involment with human resources function and administtration.
Strong attention to detail.
Qualification:
GED/High School Diploma.
Excellent communication skills.
Detain oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent time management and Customer service skills.
Excellent marketing skills.
Microsoft Office skills.
