Office Operations Manager

1-2 years experience managing fast paced office -- executing administrative duties
Exceptional Communication skills; written, verbal, phone, email - Correct Grammar and Spelling
Execute administrative duties for 23 personal trainers, 6 employees and 4 executive managers̢۬
Maintain facilities; order supplies, run back end operations, maintain front of house aesthetic
Assist General Manager with new client paperwork, training new hires and educating staff on corporate policies
Detail, confirm and manage multi-layered schedule for training floor, one-on-one sessions, gym group classes as well as school classes
Update and verify Calendar and Scheduling, Client Database, Quickbooks
Manage Social Media campaigns (Twitter, FB)

REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree
Extremely methodical and detailed --hard wired to categorize, organize and generate and follow processes
Excel and QB savvy a plus
Ability to juggle multiple projects, people and events simultaneously -doesn't get frazzled at multi-tasking
Computer savvy
Great customer service skills -Enthusiastic, genuine, helpful and personable.̢۬
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Ability to focus while in busy open office
Someone who likes fitness/exercise a plus
Ability to roll with the punches, flexible and easy going to work closely with multiple personalities
