OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER (Park Slope)

Seeking a motivated employee for full time position in small office who has an eye for detail and can work in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task and be comfortable to work in a small office.

***Proficient in QuickBooks a must***

Responsibilities include:

Processing all monthly income and expenses in QuickBooks for a manufacturing and two real estate companies.

Create and maintain client portfolio including invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost of goods, etc

Daily and monthly reconciliation process (bank, credit card, etc)

Create and maintain all employee records, including time keeping system and processing payroll.

Responsible for all purchasing orders

Create and maintain all tenant leases, correspondence, applications, maintenance records, evictions, etc.


Requirements:

3-5+ years relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks

Excellent phone, written and verbal skills

Salary:
$15 - $18 p/hour depending on experience
