Director of Purchasing. Multiple positions at Far Rockaway, NY location. Establish maintain perform metrics for all levels of procurement;prepare, administer manage annual purchas budget; neg execute purchase orders, vendor contracts; manage produce, products, goods flow; dvlp implem goods, food products other supply chain strategies; manage suppliers/vendors; develop vendor base in CIS countries; reduce the total cost of supply chain mgt; plan future operations; maintain kwldge of purchas methods, codes, laws, rules, regs. Master's in bus admin/mgt, finance, econ or related field, 1yr of progressive exp in the field, 2-3 yrs of bus exp with CIS countries, strong mgt, plan, neg, communic., analyt. skills, profic.
