The Data Operations Manager reports to the interclick Director of Data Operations and is responsible for driving demand for data to be used for targeting purposes and the management of all data sources. This role requires a unique combination of technical and business skills to ensure that data is being utilized as effectively as possible across campaigns. You will lead the day to day relationships with 3rd party data providers, onboard new data providers, and ensure the overall integrity of the interclicks data portfolio.


Data Operations team members are expected to have strong problem solving skills, interested in consumer behavior, and a sense of self-accountability. We are constantly tackling challenging problems and work with virtually every team within interclick during the process.


Responsibilities:
Manage all data sources to be used for data targeting and analysis
Primary point of contact for 3rd party data providers to deliver data performance feedback and gain an understanding of new data as it becomes available
Create and own the internal communications process for Data Operations across multiple teams including product, sales, operations, and marketing
Identify gaps between data supply and client demand by working with sales and account management teams
Identify and onboard new data providers, including QA and usage requirements
Support Product team to ensure data integrity of current data sources

Required experience and knowledge:
4+ years of online media experience, with experience in managing technical operations a plus
BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering is preferred
Experience in managing large scale business relationships
Strong understanding of database management
Ability to translate business concepts to online marketing strategies, and vice versa
Ability to extract and present insights from campaign performance reports
Strong analytic skills and Excel proficiency are required
Experience with various technology platforms/interfaces is a plus
Good communication and collaboration skills
