This position is for a responsible, hard working college grad with excellent organizational and computer skills.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and the ability to learn quickly and contribute to a growing content licensing organization.

Responsibilities will include:
* Communicate with Customers who request to use Content (text, photos, video, et al) owned by our Client Publishers. Explain the licensing process - appropriate uses, required copyright clearances, fees and contracts. Negotiate pricing under approved guidelines.

* Communicate directly with Client Publishers regarding Content uses and copyright clearances.

* Enter information in proprietary database regarding Customer and Client communications.

* Work with information (including Customer and Client lists, billing information, order tracking information) to provide management and colleagues with summary reports.

Skills required:
* Communication skills: Confidence and ability to communicate via telephone and in writing with Customers and Clients in a professional manner. Work environment is business casual with constant interaction with colleagues.

* Excel and Word skills: Ability to organize information in formats usable by colleagues. Basic knowledge of print settings; cell and text formatting; formulas and file management.

* Database skills: Ability and willingness to learn internal customer database and help maintain templates and lists.

* Organizational skills: Ability to handle large volumes of work in a timely, prioritized manner.

Promptness and reliability a must. (M-F 9-5)
