Description: This position is responsible for administrative and clerical assistance to the Investment Executive and serves as the central contact for procedural and operational issues. Candidate will communicate these issues through appropriate channels and support the overall efforts of the Investment Executive.
Duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provide outstanding customer service to all investment clients
Review each transaction for accuracy, completeness and compliance issues
Maintain a record of all transactions processed by means of the control measures required by the company
Handle and correct transactions which are inaccurate or missing information.
Answer questions from the designated supervisor, bank management and other personnel and clients
Maintain inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, new business forms and business cards
Manage processed transactions and tracking status
Open new investment accounts, track transfers of investment accounts, and match deposits to customer accounts
Heavy customer documentation management
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, assist Investment Executive
Perform various administrative duties as required, and
All other work related duties assigned.

Must be able to work in a close, team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: word processing, spreadsheets and presentation/graphics software
Analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer relation skills; and
Must pass credit and background screening process.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2-3 years experience working in a securities or financial environment is preferred
Licensed series 7
