ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER (QUEENS)

Financial Services Company seeks professional assistant office manager.

Duties Responsibilities:
-Oversee 12 direct employees and 100 outside reps
-Maintain accurate client records, processing of all credit restoration customer files
-Monitoring of all web based activities
-Creation of all new finance and business credit department
-develop marketing department
-Launch grand opening on July 1
-Oversee paralegal department
-Perform any additional duties assigned by manager

Qualifications:
-Only Qualified candidates will be considered, prefer college background
-At least 2 years in finance management preferred
-Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
-Must have very good computer skills/knowledge-experience with CRM client management a plus
